Paid plans
Orbit paid-plan supplier terms
Document version 2026-10-29.1
Supplier identity and authority
The individual or legal entity named in the Circle host tax profile is the legal supplier contracting with buyers and supplying the activity. By accepting, you confirm that you are that supplier or are authorised to bind that supplier. Orbit admin review does not transfer your supply obligations to Orbit.
Provide accurate legal name, PAN, GST registration status, address and activity details. Only Indian income-tax-resident suppliers are supported. GST registration must belong to the actual supplier; do not use another person’s GSTIN. Material changes require a new profile submission and review.
Commercial terms and deductions
The Circle’s reviewed commercial settings govern each new booking. The default host deduction target is 10% of discounted GST-inclusive ticket proceeds, excluding the separate buyer booking fee. Applicable GST-TCS and income-tax TDS are calculated first; Orbit’s commission including commission GST uses the remaining allowance. It is not an additional 10% commission.
Only approved, nonzero deduction settings that cover applicable statutory components can be used. The buyer booking fee is at least ₹10 per ticket before applicable GST, including discounted tickets. Razorpay processing charges are Orbit’s expense, not a separate host payout deduction. Negotiated settings apply only when actually agreed and configured; historical booking snapshots do not change.
Discounts offered through this launch are host-funded. Applicable statutory withholding and tax treatment follow the approved effective policy and the saved booking calculation. A commercial target does not override a statutory liability.
Delivery, refunds and settlement
You are responsible for the promised activity, accurate descriptions, permissions and lawful delivery. Offer only supported, approved in-person activities in India. Do not accept paid bookings before supplier, tax and payout setup is approved.
For confirmed bookings, ticket refund eligibility follows the saved booking policy, including the 48-hour buyer-cancellation cutoff and ticket refunds when the host cancels. When the ticket is fully refunded, Orbit reverses the associated commission. The separate non-refundable buyer booking fee and its GST are retained except where applicable law requires a refund.
Refunds can require adjustments to commission, statutory deductions, documents and host settlement or recovery. No-booking captured payments require full buyer recovery. Manual exceptions must be processed through Orbit’s authorised support/admin workflow; do not promise an unsupported automatic partial-refund treatment.
Provider settlement, reversals and recovery may complete after the buyer-facing event. The saved accounting records and verified provider outcomes govern what remains payable or recoverable. Contact support promptly about discrepancies.
Documents, rights and contact
You remain responsible for the correctness of supplier facts and your applicable tax and activity obligations. Orbit prepares supported documents from the approved supplier and booking records; unsupported tax or document treatments remain unavailable.
These terms do not waive buyers' statutory rights or authorise unlawful fee retention. Contact Orbit at support@oorbit.in. Business contact details and the grievance process are published at https://oorbit.in/legal.
Acceptance records the exact document version and content fingerprint, your authenticated account, the submitted supplier profile version and the acceptance time. A later document change requires fresh acceptance for new supplier submissions; it does not rewrite historical booking snapshots.
Orbit platform operator and grievances
Orbit's platform services are provided by Kurapati Sasikanth Manohar Raju, a sole proprietor trading as Orbit. That proprietor is your contracting party for Orbit's platform services. The activity supplier identified at checkout remains responsible for supplying the activity.
Contact support@oorbit.in for booking, refund, billing, privacy or content concerns. The operator's business contact details, appointed grievance officer, complaint process and applicable response times are published at https://oorbit.in/legal#grievances.
